Crustless quiche: Easy no pastry need!

There are a lot of easy, quick and delicious recipe that we can make in this world. We don't have to spend our whole day in the kitchen to get something yummy.
Ok, the fact is beside from my craziness when I want to create something extravaganza, I'm a lazy person, haha. But playing in the kitchen is still my No. 1 Hobby! (2nd is my Playstation, ^^). When I don't have any special idea, easy food is the first thing that catch my eyes.
This time, it's easy and delicious savoury treat, "Quiche". But it has no crust, so you don't have to make or wait for the pastry part. And for anyone who's allergy to gluten, it's a good choice too.  Just mixing all ingredients and bake, that's all. I love to cook the onion in the microwave, it's very easy, just mix it with oil, cover and heat, no need to saute it over a stovetop.  For the cheese part, any meltable one will do, so choose the one you like. Because it's so easy to prepare, you can use it for party too. You can serve it as a starter (cute finger food, yes!).
No more than 30 minutes, and I get delicious treat that I can have while playing game, ^^, if you want to have it too, just follow the recipe, haha.
